⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everything was served perfectly. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server, Maitte, was also very kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place we would recommend and visit again!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this happening for the third time, I can’t stay quiet anymore. I bought another empanada today, and once again it tasted spoiled. This is now the third time I’ve had the same experience at this location. After the first incident, I spoke directly with the manager. He offered me a refund, but that wasn’t the point. I don’t want my money back—I want fresh food and the quality that customers are paying for. It’s extremely frustrating to spend time driving there, buying food, and then realizing after leaving that it’s not even edible. What makes this even more disappointing is that this place used to be packed. There were always long lines because people trusted the quality. Now it’s almost empty, and honestly, it’s easy to understand why. Customers have complained, yet nothing seems to change. The same problem keeps happening. I never write negative reviews, but this has become a matter of respect for your customers. If people are taking the time to support your business, the least you can do is serve fresh food. I truly hope management starts taking these complaints seriously before even more customers stop coming.

Luisa took excellent care of us—prompt, courteous, and agile customer service. Our breakfast was great. Latin Cafe 2000 makes the best omelets in town for sure. The price is very good, too.

We had such a wonderful experience at Latin Café! Luisa treated us so well and gave us excellent service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We also spoke with the manager, Jorge, to let him know how great she was, and he was incredibly kind and appreciative as well. It’s always nice to see a restaurant with such amazing staff and management. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My experience there at the Latin Cafe is always wonderful! As a native Hialeahan, I've enjoyed coming to this place for years, originally with my grandmother. I particularly love eating outside with the pigeons and birds. The fans and mist on the outdoor seating area make it feel particularly attractive and refreshing to dine outside. Lianet, one of the ladies at "La Ventanita", is always very nice, friendly, and provides great service...as does Karla, Nury, Yeline, and Katy. Jorge Luis, one of the managers, is also very nice...and the 4 Croqueta Appetizer with Blackberry Sauce--what can I say! All in all....a great place to visit and enjoy good food, service, and very cute and friendly pigeons as well!
